About Me
Hi, I’m Sophie. I’m the Occupational Therapist and founder at Embrace Occupational Therapy. I believe in the power of strong relationships, purposeful activity, and evidence-based practices to help children and young people reach meaningful goals. My approach is individualised, neurodiversity-affirming, and family-centred. I focus on harnessing the power of young people’s individual strengths and interests to enhance their authentic participation in everyday life. I will work with you on goals that matter to you and your child, in the environment most appropriate to target that goal; be that at home, school, or the community.
I offer services to children and adolescents aged 2-18.
Services can be funded by Self and Plan Managed NDIS participants, Medicare CDM Plans, and private payment.

My intention is to create a safe space for learning and growth. I work collaboratively to empower you to understand your child’s unique needs, and meet those needs with confidence.
I provide assessment and intervention to improve children and young people’s participation across a range of daily activities including self-care, play, learning, leisure, and rest. I can provide assistance in the development of skills and routines to support:
